Returns & Exchanges

At GBar Vape, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fashion purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain accessories and intimate apparel are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your GBar Vape account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned apparel, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
